KEY SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS
1. No new promotable finding was established in this validation cycle because reviewed completed rows could not be attributed to sanitized numeric artifacts (0/286 matches), so quality-based credit remained deferred.
2. The dominant operational/scientific bottleneck remains sanitizer/assimilator lag for newly completed successful rows; this directly blocks attribution, scoring, and promotion of additional findings.
3.
