- Abort operations for unsent/in-progress states were issued; no active state (2,4) tasks remained at execution time.
- Stuck-task sweeps found no tasks requiring termination:
  - >12h running on hosts offline >6h: 0 aborted.
  - >48h hard-ceiling running tasks: 0 aborted.

NEW EXPERIMENTS DESIGNED AND SEEDED (PART 2)
- Added and seeded new CPU experiment: bistable_rednoise_adaptive_sampling.py.
- Design scope: strategy {fixed, adaptive} x red-noise correlation tau {0.3, 1.2, 3.5} x observation noise {0.00, 0.08, 0.16} x observation delay {0, 6, 12}.
- Initial deployment: 48 targeted CPU WUs across 24 active high-capacity hosts.

NOVELTY CHECK DOCUMENTATION (PART 2)
- Prior-art scan focused on early warning signals, colored-noise confounding, and adaptive sampling around tipping points.
- Novelty conclusion: no clear prior factorial replication found that jointly tests adaptive-vs-fixed cadence with colored-noise correlation, observation delay, and sensor noise in one unified simulation framework.
- Hypothesis registered for current seeding: adaptive sampling can improve warning lead time at short delay but may underperform fixed cadence at longer delay under red-noise/noisy-observation regimes.

KEY SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS
1. This validation pass promoted no new 30+ seed cross-validated finding; existing confirmed findings remain stable.
2. Newly reviewed successful runs (delay-dynamics and weight-decay interaction families) showed no contradictory evidence against established WD interaction effects.
3. Operational reliability issue remains concentrated in three families (metapop_corridor_delay_forecast, rps_delay_jitter_adaptive_mobility, wd_mixup_interaction), but no live queued tasks in actionable states remained after cleanup.
4. A new non-ML dynamical-systems experiment was successfully introduced with a documented novelty gap and targeted initial seeding to test delay-dependent regime inversion under red noise.
