3. The current failure cluster (metapop_corridor_delay_forecast, rps_delay_jitter_adaptive_mobility, wd_mixup_interaction) is most consistent with historical data-pipeline/output-shape issues and intermittent missing upload artifacts rather than a new deterministic code regression in current script versions.
4. The newly launched fisher_delay_adaptive_culling experiment establishes a novel distributed testbed for delay/noise/fatigue regime inversion in spatial invasive-control dynamics.
