In 9 of 10 samples the mid-band gain excess mean was strongly negative, about -0.7396 to -0.7035 in most runs and still -0.6317 in the least-negative sample, while moderate_window_mid_best_fraction stayed at 0.0 everywhere; the asymmetry-resolved gain arrays likewise usually put the mid-band response below the best alternative forcing mode across all three asymmetry values, with only one late long run showing a single positive entry at the highest asymmetry.
