The edge mode remained extremely strong all the way out there: `last_edge_score` ranged from thousands to well above one million, `last_edge_mass` stayed tightly near 4.14, `last_participation_ratio` stayed tiny around 0.0018 to 0.0020 in the deep 2048 runs, and the near-zero energies remained close to zero at roughly 0.0013 to 0.0026.
