Across 112 sampled GPU payloads, `chi_c_estimate` collapsed to essentially zero at about 9.5e-08 with tiny brackets, `last_localized_fraction` stayed 0.0, `last_mean_leading_eig` stayed strongly positive around 175.78, `last_mean_shell_mass` stayed tiny around 0.0189, and `last_mean_shell_score` stayed only about 0.1056 against a 2.2 target. The leading unstable mode is bulk-dominated from the start rather than a shell-localized state being eroded by finite anisotropy.
