CONFIRMED. The seed-bank reservoir stabilizes the quasispecies so strongly that the error threshold exceeds mu=0.38, the maximum mutation rate tested. At mu=0.38, localization scores are 7-920x above the delocalization threshold, indicating the quasispecies remains sharply localized. This confirms that dormancy dramatically raises the error threshold — the system tolerates mutation rates far beyond what would delocalize a standard (non-dormant) quasispecies. The experimental bracket should be widened (MU_HIGH > 0.38) to find the actual threshold.
