Across 547 sampled CPU payloads, `last_capture_fraction` stayed 0.0 in every sampled result while `ladder_c_estimate` was usually pinned at the 3.6 search ceiling with microscopic brackets and only occasionally dropped to interior values around 2.7 to 3.59 without changing the zero-capture outcome. `last_ladder_localization_score` stayed modest at about 1.1 to 3.8, `last_shell_mass` remained dominant around 0.58 to 0.71, `last_ladder_mass` stayed only about 0.057 to 0.147, and `last_shell_ladder_ratio` stayed low around 0.096 to 0.205 despite consistently negative soft-mode eigenvalues.
