Across repeated pulls covering today's small active set, `sigma_c_estimate` was pinned at the 2.8 scan ceiling with zero or near-zero bracket width. The bridge observables were strongly supercritical, with `last_bridge_ratio` about 6.08 in one regime and about 12.10 in another, while `last_cloud_score` was enormous throughout; however `last_secondary_balance` never reached the 0.58 target and instead stayed only around 0.245 in the lower-bridge regime or around 0.490 in the stronger regime. The pattern therefore stayed visibly one-sided: slipped-spacer mosaicity broadened the mode and added lysogenic weight, but one escape lobe remained dominant rather than producing the intended balanced dual-escape bridge.
