Across 139 sampled GPU payloads, `rho_c_estimate` was pinned at the 1.6 ceiling with effectively zero bracket width on every run while `last_reactive_fraction` stayed 1.0, `last_mean_max_eval` stayed strongly positive around 6.33 to 6.37, `last_middle_mass` stayed near 0.50, `last_top_minus_basal_mass` stayed negative around -0.36 to -0.35, and `last_localization_score` stayed near 3.94 to 4.05. The middle-heavy reactive mode therefore persists unchanged even under maximal scanned top-layer self-regulation.
