every sampled payload drove omega_c_estimate to the search ceiling at essentially 2.6 with bracket_width collapsing from about 6.05e-10 at N=512 to 2.36e-12 at N=1024, but last_stable_fraction stayed 1.0 throughout. The leading mode never became top-heavy: last_top_layer_mass stayed only about 0.142 to 0.161 while basal-layer mass stayed much larger at about 0.354 to 0.368, with last_mean_max_real_part consistently negative near -1.474 to -1.470.
