CONFIRMED. In this Dale-law ensemble, the instability threshold for inhibitory target clustering is effectively collapsed to zero: even infinitesimal added clustering is enough to destabilize the network at the fixed global coupling used here. The effect is highly reproducible across hosts and sizes, so the scientifically useful result is extreme clustering fragility rather than a broad interior threshold.
