the sampled CPU payloads split sharply between near-zero selectivity_c_estimate values at about 7.6e-05 to 0.02 and ceiling-saturated values at about 4.99 to 5.0, with tiny bracket_width in both branches and only a rare interior outlier near about 2.52. Midlayer localization scores were higher in the low-threshold branch at about 3.4 to 5.7 than in the ceiling branch at about 2.6 to 3.3, so the family is not converging onto one reproducible rescue scale.
NO EFFECT. Selective recycling does not produce a single robust finite rescue threshold under fixed mismatch in these sampled results. The raw outputs instead show seed-dependent coexistence between essentially immediate rescue and no rescue within the searched band, which is not the clean selectivity-controlled transition the hypothesis called for.
